This individual will also choreograph and direct high school and college students in choreographic works. What you will be doing * Teaches lecture and laboratory sections * Evaluates and advises students * Develops curricula * Recruits students * Participates in departmental and College affairs * Performs other duties as assigned What you need to succeed * Bachelor's Degree in Dance; or a Bachelor's Degree in related field and choreographing teaching work experience preferred; a minimum of an Associate's Degree in Dance; or an Associate's Degree and choreographing work experience * All educational degrees must be from a regionally accredited institution * Possess excellent communication skills (verbal and written) * Ability to work well with students, faculty, staff and the community * Ability to work in a multi-ethnic/multi-cultural environment * Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include evening and weekend assignments * Willing to work flexible schedule and assignments, which may include travel to various campuses and/or outreach centers Preferences * For best consideration upload your unofficial transcripts along with cover letter and resume.
