Architectural Technologist

A sustainability driven, award winning AJ100 firm in central London, best known for delivering sustainable living schemes across the UK are expanding the team with an Architectural Technologist with 4-5 years of experience. The ideal candidate for this position will have: CIAT qualification or equivalent Experience delivering packages from stage 4 on large scale residential developments over £5million Great knowledge of Building Regulations, NHBC Guidance, and housing design directive Strong revit experience Your main role will be to support in the day to day delivery of technical packages and construction from stage 3 to completion. You will work closely with the project leads, BIM lead and Architects to ensure the concept is adhered to throughout and advising the creative team.
