Salesforce Administrator

They are seeking Salesforce Administrator to join their evolving team. This individual will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing their Salesforce CRM platform to ensure alignment with business goals and processes. Key Responsibilities Act as the lead administrator for the Salesforce CRM, managing user accounts, workflows, reports, and more Troubleshoot and address system issues, collaborating with Salesforce Support as necessary Develop user documentation and training materials for internal stakeholders Support quality assurance and testing activities for system upgrades and projects Monitor and manage project and support tasks through Jira Stay informed about Salesforce updates, recommending changes to improve efficiency and scalability What They’re Seeking Salesforce Administrator Certification (Advanced preferred) At least 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning and related tools such as Field Service Lightning (FSL) Proficiency with data management tools like Data Loader Experience utilizing AppExchange applications and other third-party integrations Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Ability to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced, growing company Experience with E-sign and Nintex for document generation through Salesforce workflows.
