A Process Engineering Consultant with technical knowledge analyzes, designs, and optimizes industrial processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards. Key responsibilities include * Designing new processes, troubleshooting existing ones, creating technical documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement improvements and ensure quality control. * Requires strong analytical and technical skills, a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field, and the ability to manage projects effectively * Six Sigma Certification - Green or Yellow or Black is MUST and should be able to demonstrate the process implemented * IT skills: Proficiency in relevant RPA software (UiPath, Blue Prism or Power Automate) and technology is essential. * Technical and analytical skills: Strong understanding of engineering principles, with abilities in process simulation and data analysis. * Problem-solving: Ability to identify complex problems and develop innovative and logical solutions. * Proficiency in methodologies and project management principles to lead initiatives and organize work effectively * Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and quality assurance guidelines. * Project management: Manage projects related to process improvement, including planning, execution, and integration of new processes.
