The Job Working as the Marketing manager of a growing IT services business, your job will be to devise and drive marketing activity to increase inbound leads and expand the companies current client base. The job is is a broad marketing job where you will be both creative, in terms of devising innovative campaigns, and analytical by getting involved with customer segmentation and low level data analysis to drive digital campaigns. You will drive email campaigns using products like Hubspot and Mailchip. You will also get involved with SEO and PPC. As the marketing manager you will build relationships though the business and understand that the job is about driving an ROI, for this company it means driving sales leads and enquiries. You will be responsible for the company brand and be expected to seek out new ways the business can promote the brand. You will also work with some of the Worlds biggest software companies and get involves in joint marketing initiatives. About You You are an experienced and dynamic Marketing Leader. You are looking to join a team and play a pivotal role in driving marketing initiatives, both strategically and practically. You are a creative thinker, skilled strategist, and hands-on professional. You excel in both digital marketing, devising and executing email campaigns. You have at least 3 years of digital marketing experience, you need to have broad marketing experience and have demonstrable experience of taking full responsibility for a business area. You should have b2b SaaS or IT services experience. Requirements: Your written and verbal communication skills are exceptional. You are adept at building strong relationships with both internal and external clients. You demonstrate expertise in SEO, Google Analytics, and have familiarity with marketing automation tools.
