Job Description

We’re currently seeking an experienced ORACLE FUSION CLOUD SALES AND SERVICE CRM BUSINESS ANALYST to support our client in the delivery of a multi-year Enterprise Client Relationship Management (eCRM) transformation. This role will be instrumental in defining business requirements, translating them into CRM functional specifications, and driving configuration and implementation activities aligned to the client's Oracle Fusion Cloud platform. LOCATION & WORK HOURS Location: Remote, with work hours aligned to Prince Edward Island (Atlantic) business time to ensure effective collaboration with the client and project team. Start Date: November 17, 2025 Duration: 12-month contract ending November 6, 2026 (with potential for extension). Hours: Monday to Friday, standard business hours (Atlantic Time). Availability: Occasional evening or weekend work may be required during key releases or software upgrades. Security Clearance: Must be eligible to work in Canada and pass standard background screening. THE ROLE – Oracle Fusion Cloud Sales and Service CRM Business Analyst As the CRM Business Analyst, you will play a key role in the client's enterprise-wide CRM modernization. You will work collaboratively with IT Shared Services (ITSS), solution architects, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure requirements are effectively captured, analyzed, and translated into system solutions that leverage the full capabilities of Oracle Fusion Cloud Sales and Service CRM. You will lead business analysis sessions, document functional requirements, and support system configuration, testing, and deployment within an Agile-Iterative delivery framework. The successful candidate will also support change management, user documentation, and training to ensure smooth adoption across departments. MANDATORY EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or Information Systems, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in complex enterprise environments. 2 years of experience working with CRM systems such as Oracle Fusion Sales and Service, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or HubSpot (Oracle Fusion preferred). Proven ability to gather, document, and manage CRM requirements including contacts, accounts, cases, service requests, and work orders. Experience working in an Agile-Iterative delivery environment. Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills with experience engaging executives, managers, and SMEs. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and collaborate in cross-functional teams. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Oracle Fusion Cloud Sales and Service CRM Certification. Business Analyst Certification (CBAP or equivalent). Experience with Azure DevOps and Agile work management tools. Prior experience working in government or public sector organizations. Strong understanding of data migration, user adoption, and training development. Knowledge of composable architecture and reusable business component design. KEY DELIVERABLES Detailed business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories in Azure DevOps. CRM configuration recommendations and process improvement analyses to reduce customization. User guides, training materials, and release documentation aligned with ITSS’s Agile-Iterative methodology. Facilitation of workshops, stakeholder interviews, and decision-making sessions. Support for Quality Assurance, Integration Testing, and UAT. Post-implementation support and knowledge transfer to ITSS staff. Continuous improvement recommendations for CRM functionality and reusability.
