NetSuite ERP Systems Manager

Position: NetSuite ERP Systems Manager Location: Mississauga (Onsite 4–5 days per week) Our client is a rapidly growing company that has invested in NetSuite ERP and other enterprise platforms to scale their operations. They are seeking a NetSuite ERP Systems Manager to take ownership of the system, optimize its use across departments, and reduce reliance on external consultants. This is a leadership role that blends hands-on ERP expertise with team management and long-term strategy. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary owner of the NetSuite ERP environment, including optimization, configuration, and customization. Drive adoption and rollout of ERP modules across Finance, Sales, Operations, Procurement, HR, and Marketing. Identify and implement automation, integrations, and workflow efficiencies to maximize system value. Manage and mentor a small IT team, with the opportunity to expand the team as business needs grow. Collaborate with stakeholders to align ERP capabilities with business goals and ensure user adoption. Reduce external consultant dependency by building scalable, in-house expertise and solutions. Desired Background Proven experience in NetSuite ERP management, including implementation, customization, and ongoing optimization. Strong techno-functional skill set: able to troubleshoot, configure, and integrate NetSuite while driving strategy. Track record of implementing process improvements and system-driven efficiencies. Experience leading IT teams or managing cross-functional ERP initiatives. Familiarity with CRM, WMS, or Adobe Commerce is an asset.
