Position Summary: We are currently seeking a Full-Time HVAC Service Technician with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in residential and/or light commercial HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will be licensed for gas work and have a strong foundation in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems. YOU MUST BE LOCATED IN THE GTA (ONTARIO, CANADA) Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems (including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and rooftop units) Perform scheduled preventive maintenance Provide excellent customer service by clearly explaining work performed and system conditions Ensure all work is performed in compliance with relevant codes and safety standards Maintain accurate records of work completed, parts used, and hours worked Respond to service calls in a timely and professional manner Qualifications: 2–3 years of HVAC service experience Valid Gas Technician License (G2 or G1) – required HVAC certification from a recognized trade school or apprenticeship program Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Assets (not required): 313D or 313A refrigeration license ODP (Ozone Depletion Prevention) Certification Experience with smart home systems or HVAC controls What We Offer: Competitive hourly wage (based on experience and certifications) Company vehicle and fuel card Uniforms and company-paid PPE Health and dental benefits Ongoing training and development Opportunity to grow within the company How to Apply: Please send your resume and a brief cover letter to agostino@egbs.ca with the subject line “HVAC Service Technician Application – [Your Name]”.
