Clinic Services Associate

Role: Clinic Services Associate Location: GTA At Hearing Solutions, we connect people to the world of sound so they can hear what matters most. As a Clinic Services Associate, you’ll be the first point of contact for our patients, making a real difference in their lives. You'll have the opportunity to work in our pediatric hearing clinic, supporting children with their hearing needs. What You'll Do: Make proactive outbound calls to existing and prospective patients to schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendar Assist patients with third-party funding and insurance claims Keep client records organized and assist with general office tasks Ensure the clinic is clean, organized and welcoming for all patients What’s in it for you: A positive and supportive work environment focused on growth The opportunity to make a meaningful impact in someone's life What you bring: A positive energy and can-do mindset Post-secondary education or equivalent experience 1 year in a customer-facing role (healthcare or retail preferred) Strong written and verbal communication skills Fluency in other languages is a plus!
