As a member of our Customer Service Team, you’ll share our passion for helping customers grow their business. To succeed in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who builds trust and strengthen our reputation for providing exceptional support before, during, and after every sale. Reporting directly to the Sales Support Specialist Manager and supported by a dedicated team of customer care professionals, the Sales Support Specialist will be responsible for: Providing prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to customers Performing order entry and reverse entry processes Responding to customer requests in a timely and professional manner via phone, email, or chat Answering questions about shipping, pricing, and product details Identifying customer needs and recommending the best lighting solutions for their projects Collaborating with Sales, Warehouse, and Production teams to meet project deliverables Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction at the end of each transaction Requirements Minimum 3 years of customer care experience or a related industry Post-secondary education preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Word/Excel and familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems Strong multitasking skills, sound judgment and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure Resilient, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills across phone, email, and online channels Naturally curious, eager to learn, and interested in lighting technology and applications Strong relationship-building, influence, and problem-solving skills Positive team attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to prioritize effectively Why Work with Us Competitive pay based on qualifications and experience In-house training and ongoing professional development An opportunity to be part of a growing, innovative organization that values learning, collaboration, and people We appreciate all applicants for their submissions; however, only those chosen for further consideration will receive communication from us.
