What You’ll Be Doing As our Marketing Executive (Content & Social Media Lead), you will be the heart and voice of AMACHA across digital platforms. You’ll own our content planning, scripting, editing, and publishing — with hands‑on involvement in campaign execution and performance tracking. This role is perfect for someone who wants to build a career in brand storytelling and grow into a future Marketing Manager role. ✏️ Key Responsibilities 1. Content Creation & Management Lead ideation and planning of TikTok, Instagram, and RED content Write scripts and create storyboards for founder videos, product features, and emotional brand narratives Edit short‑form video content using CapCut or Adobe Premiere 2. Publishing & Community Building Post regularly across platforms with strong captions and hashtag strategies Monitor DMs/comments and engage with followers to build an active community Collaborate with videographers or shoot simple content in‑house 3. Performance & Insights Track performance metrics and generate monthly reports (views, engagement, retention) Identify what works and iterate on future content Stay updated on trends and apply them to content planning 4. Campaign & Brand Activation Support Assist in rolling out ad‑hoc brand campaigns, product launches, and collaborations Coordinate with internal teams and external partners on creative briefs, deliverables, and timelines Ensure all content and collaterals align with AMACHA’s brand voice ✅ We’d Love If You Have Experience creating content for TikTok, Reels, or RED Basic video editing skills and visual storytelling instincts Bonus: Confident on‑camera presence or voiceover ability Familiarity or curiosity about wellness, TCM, or heritage storytelling Who You Are Creative, resourceful, and trend‑savvy Detail‑oriented but move fast when needed Passionate about growing a brand from early stages Ready to step up and grow into a Marketing Manager role How to Apply Apply via Career Future or send your portfolio and CV to sebastianang@amacha.sg.
