Solutions Architect

Job Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of more than five members, guiding the team technically and ensuring project delivery. Oversee 13 years of development and application modernization experience, including hosting and configuring applications on IIS, modernizing applications to Azure PaaS, and migrating to Azure services such as Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Azure AKS, and Azure Container Instances. Understand application architecture, dependencies, and integrations; evaluate and optimize hosting configurations throughout the Azure PaaS ecosystem. Identify and implement alternate solutions to meet goals, assess performance pre‑ and post‑migration, and manage stakeholder expectations for value‑driven outcomes.
