Schedule: Monday–Thursday 8:00am–5:00pm and Friday 8:00am–3:00pm

Engage in strategic discussions with surgeons, monitor patient status, and handle advanced equipment with finesse. ***Sign-On Bonus Details: As part of our commitment to attracting and retaining exceptional talent, Center for Oral & Facial Surgery is offering a sign-on bonus of $3,000 USD. We are looking for great assistants and will reward for early commitment and continued contribution to our team. The bonus will be paid in two installments:

• 50% ($1,500) will be included in the first paycheck following date of hire
• The remaining 50% ($1,500) will be paid upon successful completion of four months of employment.

Required Qualifications: 

• A high school diploma or equivalent 
• BLS Certification (or completed within 1 month of hire)
• Dental Xray License is required
• Strong teamwork and independent work capabilities, demonstrating good judgment and critical thinking
• Passion for ensuring safety and exceptional attention to detail, vigilance, and meticulousness
• Basic computer proficiency
• Excellent manual dexterity and superior listening skills, especially in emergency scenarios

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Previous oral surgery experience is beneficial
• Licensed dental assistant status is preferred
• DAANCE certification is desirable
