Estimated Weekly Salary Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $2140 - $2290 per week Travel Nursing Job Details Location: Sioux Falls, South Dakota 57105 Healthcare Setting: Acute Care – Medical/Surgical & Progressive Care Units Assignment Duration: 13-week travel contract (Start: 11/17/2025 – End: 2/16/2026) Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week Shift: 12-hour rotating shifts (Day/Night), every other weekend and holiday Dress Code: Navy Blue Scrubs Charting System: Epic EMR Registered Nurse Qualifications Active SD or Compact State RN License in good standing Minimum 1 year of recent Med/Surg Telemetry RN experience BLS (AHA) and ACLS (AHA) certifications required Proficiency in Bipap, Cpap, Heated High Flow, Oxygen titration, Moderate Sedation, Telemetry, and Medical-Surgical patient care Specialty nursing certification preferred Ability to float to Med-Surg units as needed RN Responsibilities Provide safe, high-quality nursing care to patients with pulmonary and medical-surgical diagnoses Monitor and manage patients requiring oxygen therapy, IV medications, moderate sedation, chest tubes, tracheostomies, and mechanical/non-invasive ventilation Document care using Epic EMR, administer IV fluids with Alaris pumps, and manage medications via Acudose Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes Participate in unit-based committees and ongoing professional development Advocate for patient safety and quality care while enhancing critical thinking and time management skills Complete comprehensive orientation and competency validation upon arrival Apply now to join our healthcare team in Sioux Falls, South Dakota and take the next step in your travel nursing career!
