We're an established agency working with Richmond secondary schools, and Tradewind Recruitment are looking to onboard Learning Mentors for the upcoming academic year, starting September. If you're ready to support young people in overcoming barriers and unlocking their potential-and build your career-let's chat! What You'll Do: Work one-to-one and in small groups to support students' social, emotional, and behavioural development Mentor pupils to improve attendance, engagement, and resilience Liaise with teachers, SENCOs, and families to coordinate support and track progress Help students develop strategies for managing challenges inside and outside the classroom What You'll Bring: A compassionate, patient, and positive approach Experience (or strong interest) in mentoring secondary school students from diverse backgrounds Excellent communication and relationship-building skills-schools value collaborative Learning Mentors Willingness to learn and complete relevant training where needed How We Support You: Competitive daily rates: £90-£110, depending on experience Full-time, term-time roles with top Richmond secondary schools Access to ongoing training, CPD, and National College courses Friendly agency support-fast placements, clear communication, and respect for your preferences DBS checks handled quickly and professionally Why Join Us: Learning Mentors are vital in London secondary schools, helping young people overcome challenges and thrive.
