Job Title: Field Service Installation & Commissioning Engineer Job Location: London Shifts: Days Mon-Fri Salary: £45,000 per year company vehicle Hours Per Week: 47.5hrs per week Start Date: ASAP Company Summary: Leading specialist with over 40 yrs experience in the Smoke and Environmental Ventilation Systems Position Summary: You will be responsible for the Installation, Commissioning and Testing of control systems for ventilation/smoke systems on high rise buildings You will be expected to carry out the following: * Accurately install Control systems maintaining quality and accurate records of paperwork * Fault finding, diagnosis and repair to mechanical and electrical components * Commission control systems on sites * Take responsibility for the accuracy and quality of your work * Always promote safe working practices and making sure company equipment is safe including (PPE, Company vehicle and phone) * Project Planning and decision making both individually and as part a team to ensure work is delivered on time and to the highest standards Person Profile: You will be a highly self-motivated individual, possessing excellent communication skills and able to work both individually as well as part of a team Experience/Qualifications: * Minimum Level 2 C&G/EAL Diploma in Electrical installations * Experience with fire alarm/safety systems, CCTV, or low voltage control systems preferred but not essential * A full clean driving licence * Ability to work flexible hours when required are essential * Experience of site-site based work and comfortable working at heights * Working from towers and aerial platforms will be a regular part of the role Employee Benefits: * Up to 35 days holiday per year * Day off for your birthday * Company Van fuel card * Company credit card for expenses when required to stay away * Life insurance cover * Company pension scheme Contact Information: Email: (url removed) Phone: (phone number removed) Please note due to the volume of applications, we can only commit to contact those candidates we deem suitable for the position.
