Commercial Real Estate Paralegal Ryder Reid Legal is working with a top US law firm who is looking to hire a Paralegal to join its Commercial Real Estate team on a temporary basis, initially for around 3 months with the opportunity of extension. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside leading lawyers in a high-performing environment. Key Responsibilities: Conducting legal research and preparing draft documentsAssisting with the negotiation and completion of commercial leasesReviewing lease agreements, verifying tenancy schedules, and responding to related queriesKey Requirements: Prior experience in Commercial Real Estate within a City law firmAvailable immediately Working Pattern: Fully office-based (5 days per week) Due to the high volume of applications, we are not able to respond to all enquiries.
