Location : Leicester Salary up to £55,000 The Role The successful candidate will be responsible for the commercial and financial management of projects from tender through to completion, including: Preparing cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender submissions Managing budgets, cost control, and contract administration Liaising with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors Monitoring and authorising subcontractor payments Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget Supporting business development and company growth initiativesThe Candidate We're looking for a commercially astute and detail-oriented professional who is ready to take the next step in their career.
