Site Manager – Civil Engineering (Water, Roads, Drainage, Infrastructure) Location: West Yorkshire Salary: Competitive (plus Company Car & Pension) Experience: Minimum 5 Years About the Role We are seeking an experienced Site Manager with a solid background in civil engineering, covering water, roads, drainage, and infrastructure projects. You will be responsible for managing on-site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role is ideal for someone with a proactive approach to project delivery and strong leadership skills, ready to take ownership of multiple civil works projects across West Yorkshire. Key Responsibilities * Oversee and manage daily site operations for civil engineering projects. * Ensure all works comply with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards. * Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel effectively. * Coordinate with project engineers and clients to achieve project milestones. * Monitor project progress, budgets, and resource allocation. * Maintain accurate records and prepare regular progress reports. Requirements * Minimum 5 years’ experience in civil engineering site management. * Proven experience in water, drainage, roadworks, or general infrastructure projects. * Excellent understanding of site safety and quality procedures. * Strong communication and organisational skills. * Must live in West Yorkshire or within a commutable distance. * Full UK driving licence.
