CCDO Demolition Operative

We are currently seeking an experienced CCDO Demolition Operative to join our team on a permanent basis. This is a full-time position with consistent work across various sites throughout the UK. While projects are located nationally, all applicants must be based in the Midlands and hold a valid UK driving licence. A company van is provided for travel when working away, and applicants must be comfortable with staying away from home when required. Requirements: Valid CCDO card Proven experience working as a CCDO Demolition Operative Full UK driving licence (essential) Midlands-based (Birmingham, Leicester, Derby, Nottingham, etc.) Willingness to travel and stay away as part of the job Key Duties: Soft strip demolition Structural demolition using hand tools and light machinery General site clearance and removal of debris Assisting machine operators and other site workers Adhering to health and safety standards at all times Working efficiently to deadlines on active construction/demolition sites This is a long-term, secure position ideal for a CCDO Demolition Operative looking for ongoing, permanent employment with a well-established and growing contractor.
