Carpenter Joiner - Build RecruitmentLocation: Waltham Forest Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum Benefits: Van & fuel card provided Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 17:00 Build Recruitment is seeking a skilled Carpenter Joiner on behalf of a leading housing association for reactive maintenance work in occupied properties across Waltham Forest. Key Responsibilities: Carry out high-quality carpentry and joinery work, including: Installing and repairing doors, windows, and frames Fitting and maintaining kitchen units and worktops Constructing and repairing skirting boards, architraves, and flooring Performing minor partition wall installations and repairs Perform reactive maintenance tasks to ensure properties are safe and functional Collaborate with the team to deliver excellent service to clients Requirements: MUST hold an NVQ qualification in Carpentry MUST possess a valid Blue CSCS card MUST have proven experience in social housing carpentry and joinery, particularly in reactive maintenance Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high standards Ability to work professionally and respectfully in occupied properties What We Offer: Competitive salary of up to £40,000 Company van and fuel card provided Stable working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00 Opportunity to work with a reputable housing association through Build Recruitment If you’re a qualified Carpenter Joiner with social housing experience looking for a rewarding role, apply now!
