Lead Generation - Senior Account Executive

Zenith People are working with a market leading manufacturer in the packaging sector, known for its innovation, quality standards, and commitment to sustainability. The business operates in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment with strong ties to the food and pharmaceutical industries Working as a Lead Generation- Senior Account Executive, your primary responsibility will be to drive new business opportunities for the company by reaching out to prospective clients. You will prospect and research to identify potential customers, you will then set a plan and outreach programme to qualify these prospects. You will find and build relationships with senior decision makers & move them through a sales process. Once qualified you will support account managers and National account managers in setting up first meetings. The end goal of the SAE is to book in meetings for the senior sales team to sit with prospective clients. Responsibilities: * Proactively develop and implement sales strategies to expand market reach. * Identify and engage decision-makers to generate new business. * Build and maintain client relationships and provide sales support. * Maintain accurate records in CRM systems * Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to drive growth. * Deliver engaging product materials and customer collateral. * Collaborate closely with Senior Sales Management * To carry out or assist with any duties as deemed necessary in connection with the business * Use B2B social engagement strategies to create interest and pipeline. Requirements: * Proven sales experience gained in a product environment or manufacturing environment. * Strong communicator with the ability to engage senior decision-makers. * Results-oriented with a track record of driving revenue and business growth. * Experience using CRM systems * Self-motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
