Engineering Supervisor - Building Services

CK Group are recruiting for an experienced Engineering Supervisor, to join a well-established and successful global pharmaceutical company, based in Hatfield, Hertfordshire, on a permanent basis. Key duties will include: To supervise and coordinate the activities of the utility mechanical and electrical engineering team, including scheduling work assignments, prioritising tasks, and providing guidance To monitor equipment performance and maintenance activities to ensure adherence to maintenance schedules and compliance with regulatory requirements. To collaborate with other departments to plan and execute maintenance shutdowns, equipment upgrades, and installations Act as a point of contact for external contractors and vendorsYour Background: Relevant technical qualification in mechanical or electrical engineering Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a regulated environment Strong experience in building services and utility engineering Full UK driving license Apply: It is essential that applicants hold entitlement to work in the UK.
