Job Opportunity: Experienced Air Conditioning Service Engineer Location: Kent, London & Surrounding Areas Salary: Up to £55,000 per year (DOE) Overtime Job Type: Full-Time | Mobile Role Are you a highly skilled Air Conditioning Service Engineer? To join our well-established and growing team. Based in Wilmington, Kent, and operating across Kent, London, and surrounding areas, we pride ourselves on delivering top-tier service to both residential and commercial clients. What You'll Be Doing: Servicing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning systems (Splits, Multis, VRVs, FCUs) Working across a variety of sites - residential and commercial Occasionally working flexible hours to meet customer needsAbout you Minimum 8 years of industry experience Full UK driving licence Strong organisational and IT skills A proactive, customer-focused, and problem-solving mindset Reliable, flexible, and professional attitudeQualifications: Candidates must hold a combination of the following certifications: Technical: F-Gas, City & Guilds, Safe Handling, Electrical qualifications Health & Safety: CSCS, PASMA, IPAF, or similarWhat's on Offer: Up to £55,000 (based on experience) Overtime opportunities (evenings & weekends) Brand-new company van, laptop, credit card, and specialist tools Company uniform 28 days annual leave (including bank holidays) option to purchase additional days Ongoing training & development - including manufacturer-specific courses A friendly, supportive environment with regular company social eventsIf you feel you meet the criteria please contact Andrew Napier at Penguin Recruitment
