HGV Driver

We are looking for multiple HGV Drivers to join the team Roles: HGV Class 2 - Days HGV Class 2 - Afters HGV Class 2 - Nights HGV Class 1 - Afters Hours: Class 2 Days - Across Sunday to Saturday - 07:00am - 10:00am Class 1 & 2 Afters - Across Sunday to Saturday - 16:00pm Class 2 Nights - Across Sunday to Friday (Sunday and Fridays required) - 20:00pm -03:00am starts *Please note drivers must be available to work weekends within their availability * Pay Rate: Class 2 - Days/ Afters - £15.79 per hour PAYE Class 1 Afters - £16.50 Class 2 Nights - £17.35 per hour PAYE Location: Southampton, SO16 Job Type: Ongoing The role: Securely moving and transporting palletised parcels to couriers or collecting them from delivery units. Drivers will be required to assist with loading and unloading of the vehicle. Interacting with customers and representing the company in a professional and courteous manner. Requirements: Full UK driving licence for the relevant licence. Valid and in date DCPC and Digital Tachograph card. . Experience on the relevant vehicle required No more than 6 points on licence (minor offences only). Full understanding of WTD legislation. Be prepared to undertake a short driving assessment for the position. Excellent communication skills. A safety-first mindset.
