Chef de Partie

We’re currently recruiting for a talented Chef de Partie on behalf of our clients & their stunning, family-owned boutique property located just outside North Walsham, on the edge of the Norfolk Broads. Set within 9 acres of picturesque grounds, the property features beautifully refurbished bedrooms, cosy cottages, and a recently relaunched restaurant and bar known for its modern twist on traditional English cuisine. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie looking to develop their career in a creative and supportive kitchen environment. About the Role As Chef de Partie, you'll be responsible for running a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring the preparation and presentation of dishes meets the Inn’s high standards. You’ll work alongside a committed team and contribute to delivering a consistently exceptional dining experience. Key Responsibilities * Manage your section efficiently during service, ensuring dishes are delivered to spec and on time * Assist senior chefs in the day-to-day running of the kitchen * Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in your section * Contribute to menu development and daily specials when required * Take responsibility for mise en place and stock rotation within your section * Help train and support junior kitchen staff as needed Ideal Candidate * Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Demi Chef ready to step up * Confident across multiple sections with excellent technical skills * Passionate about fresh, high-quality food and creative presentation * Strong understanding of kitchen hygiene, food safety, and best practices * Reliable, motivated, and eager to be part of a dynamic team Salary & Benefits * Up to £35,000 per annum, depending on experience * Work in a beautifully refurbished country property * Creative and professional working environment * Excellent opportunity for growth and progression If you’re an enthusiastic Chef de Partie ready to take your skills to the next level in a unique and inspiring setting, we’d love to hear from you.
