1:1 Learning Support Assistant

Position: 1:1 Learning Support Assistant Location: Thame Contract: Full-Time Daily Rate: £90 - £120 per day Start Date: January 2026 Role Overview: We are working with a supportive school in Thame seeking a dedicated and experienced 1:1 Learning Support Assistant to provide personalised support to a pupil with additional needs. This role offers the opportunity to make a real difference by helping the student engage fully with their learning and develop independence.
