The Role This opportunity would suit a proven Home Manager, with experience managing nursing or residential care for older people. The successful candidate will provide clear leadership, ensure high standards of clinical and personal care, and promote a positive working culture across the service. Key Responsibilities Lead the daily running of the home and ensure a safe, caring, and compliant environment Maintain strong regulatory standards and drive continuous improvement Support and develop a skilled staff team focused on person-centred care Manage resources, staffing, and budgets effectively Build trusted relationships with families, professionals, and local partners Requirements Registered Nurse (active NMC PIN) preferred Minimum two years’ management experience within an elderly care setting Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills Knowledge of care standards, governance, and quality improvement Commitment to providing outstanding care and staff development What’s in it for you?
