Architectural Technician

Are you an Architectural Technician with 2 – 5 years of experience looking for a new role? Do you want to work at an award-winning and innovative practice? They work primarily in the residential sector which includes multi-storey apartment buildings, student accommodation, retirement care, later-living, affordable housing, bespoke/private houses, and conservation homes. Requirements – Architectural Technician: Minimum of 2 years experience. Experience using Revit in practice - essential. Good working knowledge of planning and UK Building Regulations. Ability to liaise with different stakeholders. Experience producing working drawings packages across different projects. Be able to commute to central Leeds. What’s in it for you?
