Job Title: Senior Architectural Technologist Location: London Salary: £42-52,000 DOE Our client is also happy to consider Architects with a strong technical bias About the company: An award-winning chartered architectural practice, renowned for its expertise across education, residential, commercial, blue light, and industrial sectors, is seeking a dedicated Senior Architectural Technologist to join its London studio. The successful candidate will oversee the full construction project lifecycle, collaborate with a multi-studio team, and bring strong technical and people skills to the table. Benefits: Career development with personalised learning support Attractive reward package including competitive salary, pension scheme, and life assurance Private healthcare and employee wellbeing programme Technology-supported agile working environment Team building activities and social eventsDaily Duties: Manage personnel across different stages of a project, from inception through to construction, ensuring technical accuracy and delivery Lead architectural technologist input for projects under both traditional and design & build procurement routes Produce and review construction information, technical documentation and drawings using software such as Revit and NBS Chorus Maintain client relationships, identify business opportunities and work with the team to achieve commercial goals Ensure knowledge of relevant regulations, codes and contract/legal aspects is applied throughout the project lifecycleIdeal Candidate: Several years post-qualification experience, including leading projects Proficiency in Revit and NBS Chorus, with strong technical and construction detailing skills Experience delivering architectural projects under both traditional and design & build procurement routes Commercial awareness, client-focus, and ability to establish and consolidate relationships Collaborative team player with strong motivation, people-management, and delegation skills Knowledge of all RIBA Plan of Work stages and legal/contractual/regulatory considerations (desirable) If you're a technically accomplished, client-focused technologist ready to join a dynamic studio in London, this is an outstanding opportunity to advance your career and deliver high-impact projects.
