Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Role: Junior Recruitment Consultant Location: Devizes Salary: £20,000 – 24,000 pension commission The Company Nextgen Recruits is a dynamic consultancy based in Devizes. Specializing in the Manufacturing and Logistics sectors they recruit for the leading companies in the South West. Their Recruitment Consultants are known for their industry expertise and delivery capability providing a range of bespoke recruitment solutions across a range of disciplines. They have major supplier agreements in place and are currently going from strength to strength increasing our market share on a monthly basis. They are keen to continue growing thier team and are looking for a recruitment consultant to join them. The Role You will be joining a team and working on a warm, busy desk that you will be involved in developing and expanding further. You will be fully supported and given training to ensure your success. Some of your key responsibilities will involve: * Candidate attraction, sourcing and interviewing * Resourcing existing PSL’s * Business Development including face to face client meetings * Building a comprehensive candidate and client network * Developing a thorough understanding of your market place. * Hitting targets and KPI’s * Advising both clients and candidates on salary levels, training requirements and on career opportunities.
