Housing Officer - Council

We’re looking for someone who has experience as a Housing Officer, particularly with Anti-Social Behaviour and Neighbourhood Management. A driving licence would be required. Some of the key job roles will include the allocation and management of council housing, monitoring introductory tenancies, which may include court attendance, dealing with breaches of tenancy, promoting tenant participation, and liaising with other services and external agencies. They will be based in our Harrogate Office. Essential : * Experience of Civica and NEc Housing systemS or other housing management software. * Relevant experience of working within a housing team or organisation. * Awareness of Health and Safety Legislation * Ability to work in partnership with external agencies. * Experience of NEC Housing system or other housing management software. * Housing related qualification or working towards. (i.e Foundation degree from CIH, Diploma in Housing) * Full driving licence and access to a vehicle for business use
