Product Manager

Opportunity Our client, a global leader in materials for the construction industry, is seeking a Product Manager to take ownership of a high-performing product portfolio. This is a pivotal role in a business where product quality, performance, and customer satisfaction are critical. The successful candidate will manage a core product used in residential and commercial construction. Role Own and optimise the performance of a key product portfolio, ensuring profitability and consistency. Identify and develop new market opportunities and applications for existing products. Lead product development initiatives in collaboration with technical and commercial teams. Analyse customer feedback and market trends to drive innovation and performance improvements. Represent the business at industry events, trade shows, and customer presentations. Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and international manufacturing sites. Experience / Skills Experience in product management, product development, or technical marketing within a manufacturing or materials environment. Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills. Confident communicator, capable of presenting to customers and industry audiences. Collaborative mindset with the ability to lead cross-functional projects. Outstanding ability to communicate ideas and strategy clearly to all levels, internally and externally Ability to take the initiative and drive a project forwards A background in business, marketing, engineering, or materials science is desirable.
