Build Tech Job description We are seeking an experienced car builder to join our team at CALLUM. All round vehicle experience preferably in the high performance and low volume area. Happy to work in a small focused multiskilled team. Job Type Full time or contract role available Values we’re looking for · Work within a closely knit group to ensure deadlines are met and efficiency is maximised. · Work in a safe controlled, tidy and responsible manner. · Willingness to work outside of core hours when required. · Willingness to travel to complete tasks when required. · Ensure we meet internal and client quality targets. · Able to spec and resource components to complete a task within budgets. · Honesty reporting any issues to other members of the team. · Excellent communication, organisational and problem solving skills. Skills we’re looking for · Fabrication skills and welding preferable · Able to follow technical drawings · Able to build full vehicle systems · Experience on Modern era Aston Martin would be useful · Vehicle set up geometry experience · Mechanical and bodywork experience ideal · Be able to diagnose and find faults · HI voltage training would be a bonus. · Desirable but not essential. · Ability to use CAD to follow build documents.
