Field Service Engineer – Boilers & Chillers Kent (South East coverage) £40,000 – £50,000  Overtime  Call Out  Van  Career Progression OTE £60,000 Are you a skilled engineer with a strong background in commercial heating and cooling systems? We’re working with a fast-expanding engineering company who pride themselves on delivering an exceptional service to clients across the South East. As part of their continued growth, they’re looking to recruit a Field Service Engineer to support installations, commissioning, maintenance and fault-finding on boilers, chillers and associated plant. This is a hands-on, varied role offering the chance to work with cutting-edge equipment within a supportive, high-performance team environment. The Role Install, commission and maintain commercial boilers, air-cooled chillers and associated systems Carry out fault-finding and diagnostics on chilled water systems, AHUs and forced draft burners Support pipework modifications and system upgrades within plant rooms Lead or mentor other engineers on site where required Attend call-outs as part of a rota, ensuring swift, safe resolution of issues Ensure all work complies with health, safety and environmental standards About You Strong background in commercial mechanical, pipework and boiler systems Experience with chilled water systems, air-cooled chillers and control wiring Ideally holds Commercial Gas Safe and F-Gas certification Familiar with BMS (Building Management Systems) Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel Team-oriented with a positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn What’s on Offer Salary up to £50,000 DOE Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:30pm plus overtime and call-out Company vehicle, tools and uniform provided Ongoing training, investment and support Real progression opportunities within a business experiencing strong growth This is a company that values attitude and ability as much as qualifications — they’re looking for practical, adaptable engineers who take pride in doing things properly and want to grow with a team that’s going places.
