KeyResponsibilities SupporttheRegisteredManagerintheoverallmanagementofthehome. Lead,motivate,anddevelopthestaffteamtodeliverhigh-quality,child-centredcare. EnsurecompliancewithOfstedregulations,safeguardingprocedures,andcompanypolicies. Overseecareplans,riskassessments,andbehaviourmanagementstrategies. Contributetoinspections,audits,andcontinuousimprovementinitiatives. Workflexibly,includingoccasionalshiftsonthefloor,tomeettheneedsoftheservice. Requirements MinimumNVQLevel3 inChildrensResidentialCare(orequivalent). Experienceworkingina childrensresidentialcaresetting . Strongknowledgeof Ofstedregulations andinspectionframeworks. Provenexperiencein leading,developing,andsupportingastaffteam . Excellentcommunication,organisational,andleadershipskills. Agenuinepassionforimprovingthelivesofchildrenandyoungpeople.
