Working Supervisor needed in Oxfor, Oxfordshire * Location: Oxford * Rate: £25 per hour (CIS) * Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30 – 18:00 (10 hours paid per day) * Start Date: ASAP Job Description City Calling are currently recruiting an experienced Working Supervisor for a new project in Oxford. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, proactive, and confident leading a small team while maintaining a safe and productive working environment. Key Duties * Supervising and coordinating site operatives * Maintaining high health and safety standards on site * Leading daily tasks and reporting to the site manager * Carrying out general site duties (“working supervisor” role) * Supporting deliveries, toolbox talks, and logistics Requirements * Valid SSSTS certificate * Gold CSCS Card * First Aid certificate * Strong supervisory and leadership experience * Good communication and team management skills Pay & Hours * £25.00 per hour (CIS) * Monday to Friday, 07:30 – 18:00 (10 hours paid) Equal Opportunities City Calling is an equal opportunities employer.
