Senior Quantity Surveyor

We're Hiring: Senior Quantity Surveyor Location: Near Leeds / Goole Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Competitive We’re currently seeking a talented Senior Quantity Surveyor to join an established team delivering a diverse portfolio of projects across the region. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced QS ready to take on a leadership role, overseeing both upstream and downstream commercial activities. You’ll report to the Commercial Manager and lead a team including a Quantity Surveyor and an Assistant Quantity Surveyor. Key Responsibilities: * Manage all aspects of commercial administration from pre-construction to final account * Lead subcontract procurement and manage subcontract accounts * Prepare applications for payment, variations, and contractual notices * Oversee cash flow forecasting and accurate cost-to-complete reporting * Identify project risks/opportunities and ensure contract compliance (FIDIC, NEC, etc.) * Support and develop junior QS team members ✅ What We’re Looking For: * Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor * Strong commercial acumen and contract knowledge * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) * Excellent communication, leadership, and time management skills * Relevant Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management qualification * Full UK driving licence Interested?
