Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor Location: Enfield, Greater London Salary/Benefits: £25k - £42k DOE with the addition of Training & Benefits This client has a well-established presence in the South East region and is currently recruiting for a skilled Asbestos Surveyor who has a conscientious work ethic. Candidates will need to be competent in order to spring into action upon joining the company, undertaking demolition, refurbishment and management surveys and liaising with clients to discuss the findings. Experience / Qualifications: - Experience working on domestic, commercial and local authority sites - Qualified with BOHS P402 or RSPH equivalent - Dedicated and hard working attitude - Proficient in IT and good literacy skills - Strong interpersonal skills - Great knowledge of UKAS and HSG 264 guidelines - Proven record of achieving surveying targets The Role: - Completing demolition, refurbishment and management surveys - Collecting asbestos samples - Wearing correct PPE and adhering to Health & Safety regulations - Produce detailed reports, including floor plans and schematic drawings - Prioritise workloads on a daily basis - Meeting with clients to discuss findings - Travelling in line with company requirements Alternative job titles: Asbestos Surveyor, Asbestos Inspector, Asbestos Consultant, Asbestos Site Analyst, Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst, P402 Surveyor, Environmental Consultant.
