Senior Architectural Technician Location: Chelmsford Rate: negotiable depending on experience Start Date: ASAP About the Role We're working on behalf of a respected and forward-thinking architectural practice who are seeking an experienced Senior Architectural Technician to join their team. This role will support the delivery of key project stages across a number of active schemes. You'll be working alongside a talented team of architects and designers, contributing technical expertise and helping to ensure smooth project progression during a busy period. Key Responsibilities: Producing and developing detailed technical drawings and construction packages. Coordinating with architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure technical accuracy and compliance. Supporting project delivery through RIBA Stages 4-6. Applying up-to-date knowledge of UK Building Regulations and standards. Managing revisions, technical queries, and drawing coordination efficiently. Requirements: Minimum 5 years' experience in an architectural technician or technologist role. Proficiency in Revit Strong understanding of UK building regulations and construction detailing. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality work to tight deadlines
