Key Responsibilities As Chef de Partie, you will manage a designated section, ensuring compliance, quality, and smooth service. You will: Oversee a kitchen section, ensuring all mise en place is completed to standard and the station is ready for service. Maintain the cleanliness and compliance of your station, adhering to all health and safety regulations. Check and maintain kitchen equipment; monitor and adjust dish quality as necessary. Assist in inventory management, report shortages, minimize waste, and participate in monthly stock counts. Manage dietary requests and strictly follow allergens policies. Attend kitchen meetings and complete required daily checklists/temperature monitoring forms for compliance. Foster a positive, collaborative atmosphere in the kitchen. Requirements We require a reliable, focused individual with a stable background. Experience in a similar environment.
