Health Care Assistant

Key Responsibilities * Provide personalized, one-on-one care and companionship to the assigned individual. * Assist with all aspects of daily living activities — including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility. * Monitor and record vital signs, behavior, and general well-being; promptly report any changes to nursing or supervisory staff. * Support with medication reminders and ensure adherence to prescribed care routines. * Encourage participation in therapeutic or recreational activities suited to the individual’s needs and interests. * Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment at all times. * Uphold dignity, privacy, and confidentiality in all aspects of care. * Communicate effectively with family members, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams. * Follow infection control, safeguarding, and health & safety policies. * Document care accurately and maintain up-to-date records
