Senior Project Manager – Infrastructure Location: Edinburgh, UK Type: Full-time Sector: Infrastructure – Transportation, Utilities, and Highways Are you ready to lead on some of the UK’s most ambitious infrastructure projects? Peace Recruitment are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a growing team in Edinburgh , delivering high-impact programmes across the transportation, utilities, and highways sectors. What You’ll Be Doing You’ll lead end-to-end project management commissions—often overseeing large and complex infrastructure projects valued between £10m and £25m (sometimes significantly more on advisory work). Acting as the day-to-day client interface, you’ll ensure delivery meets cost, time, and quality targets while navigating stakeholder expectations and project complexity. Your responsibilities will include: Providing strategic advice during project inception Defining project requirements and success criteria Developing governance frameworks and delivery plans Managing procurement and resource planning Overseeing cross-functional teams and stakeholder engagement Monitoring performance using KPIs and ensuring effective reporting Leading change control, risk management, and budget oversight Supporting Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality objectives What We're Looking For We’re seeking candidates who are: Experienced in managing complex infrastructure projects—ideally on schemes valued at £100m Skilled in NEC: ECC Project Management Comfortable advising at a senior level and managing multidisciplinary teams Adept at building and maintaining client relationships Strong communicators with a proactive approach to problem-solving Preferred Qualifications: Degree qualified (preferably in Civil Engineering) Chartered or working toward professional accreditation (e.g., ICE, APM, RICS) Why Apply?
