SEN Teaching Assistant - Tring - Tradewind - Regular work in local schools - Weekly Pay Pay: £90-£110 per day Location: Tring, Hertfordshire Start Date: ASAP or January 2026 Tradewind Recruitment are looking for caring and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to support children with additional needs in primary and secondary schools across Tring and the surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people with autism, ADHD, social, emotional and mental health needs (SEMH), or communication difficulties. The Role Includes: Providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils with additional needs Helping students to engage with learning and develop social and emotional skills Supporting teachers and therapists with tailored learning plans Creating a calm, nurturing and inclusive classroom environment We're looking for: Experience working with children or young people with SEN (school, care or youth settings) A patient, positive and resilient attitude Good communication and teamwork skills Commitment to helping every child reach their potential Why work with Tradewind?
