Solicitor Pinpoint Resourcing are working with a exciting business based in Victoria, who are seeking a Solicitor to provide specialist advice and representation on employment law and provide representation in employment tribunal cases. Essential * Specialist knowledge of employment law and an ability to manage and advise on complex case work. * Experience of handling Employment Tribunal cases. * Ability to analyse and evaluate legal information and disseminate accordingly. * Experience of working proactively, self-managing time and workload. * Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, representatives, members, employers, and wider stakeholders. * Have strong planning, organising, analytical and problem-solving skills. * Wants to make the world of work better for everyone through promoting membership and the values of the trade union movement. * Qualified solicitor with at least 3 years’ post qualification experience.
