We are looking for enthusiastic, hands-on individuals with experience supporting students with autism, PMLD, and complex needs. The school places a strong emphasis on both academic and personal support, so candidates must be confident in assisting students with their learning as well as their care needs. To be successful for this role you must: Bring passion, enthusiasm, and a desire to work in SEND learning environments. Possess knowledge and experience with SEND students or a strong background in supporting individuals with autism. Have experience working in the education or care system, supporting either adults or children.
