Your Role: You’ll provide personalised care and support that enables people to live safely and independently in their own homes. Your responsibilities may include: Assisting with personal care (washing, toileting, etc.) Supporting with medication (prompting or administering) Aiding with mobility and safe manual handling Encouraging independence and emotional wellbeing You’ll work within a local area to minimise travel time and ensure a manageable schedule. Our approach to care prioritises quality over quantity—no rushed visits, no box-ticking. Requirements: Full, valid UK driving licence Access to your own vehicle Availability to work alternate weekends Right to work in the UK A kind, caring nature and genuine desire to support others What We Offer: £13–£14 per hour (Weekdays before 5pm) £14–£15 per hour (Evenings and Weekends) £20 per hour (Bank Holidays) Paid travel time and mileage!
