Maintenance Engineer

Maintenance Engineer Role: £35K OTE 1 in 3 Saturday Call out @1.5x Overtime Available (Sunday after 2pm 2x) Aylesbury Days 8am - 5pm Duties and Responsibilities: Maintenance responsibility Reactive Maintenance PLC Fault Finding Roller Mills, Plan sifters, Purifiers, Conveyors Chains, Belts, Bearings AC/DC Motors, 3 Phase Motors Packaging Equipement Experience and Qualification: Electrically biased or Mechanically biased 18th Edition required NVQ Level 3 preferred HNC preferred What we're looking for: Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer in a manufacturing or industrial environment Strong mechanical knowledge; electrical skills desirable (or vice versa) Ability to fault-find and repair a wide range of plant and processing machinery Comfortable working with tools, drawings, schematics, and control systems A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement Flexibility to support occasional out-of-hours work or shift patterns if needed Safety-conscious, team-oriented, and reliable We're working with a long-established manufacturing company based near Aylesbury.
