Commercial Property Paralegal

A law firm is looking for a Commercial Property Paralegal Key Responsibilities: Assist with acquisitions, disposals, leases, renewals, surrenders, licences, and easements. Draft contracts, reports, and legal documentation. Conduct legal research, Land Registry enquiries, and title investigations. Liaise with clients, agents, lenders, and surveyors. Support post-completion tasks and maintain case files. Requirements: Previous paralegal experience in commercial property or real estate law. Strong drafting, organisational, and communication skills. Familiarity with case management systems and Microsoft Office. Law degree or relevant qualification is a plus
