Job Title: Sales Administrator | Req ID: 14660 | HR Contact: Ariana PEREZ| Location: NAB Edm Winterburn RMX AB ABOUT THE ROLE The Sales Administrator will be responsible for effective collaboration with the Commercial Manager, Sales Reps, Operation Managers, Customer Service Representatives, Quality Assurance Department and Credit Department as it relates to all customer focused activities including: project setup, quotes, products, pricing, ticket exceptions, profitability analysis, market intelligence, invoicing, reporting and analysis. WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH Sales & Marketing Support: Coordinate daily sales activities including project tracking, performance analysis, residential market reviews, and sales reporting. Billing & Administration: Process daily billing, resolve errors, manage correspondence, maintain records, and ensure timely reporting. Salesforce & Systems Oversight: Act as primary Salesforce administrator and gatekeeper for the Ready-Mix business unit. Customer Service & Account Management: Support new accounts, CODs, and small customers by providing quotes, project updates, and maintaining strong relationships. Value Added Product Promotion: Support sales of specialty concrete and branded products to enhance customer value and differentiate from competitors. COD & Cash Handling: Manage COD orders, payments, reconciliations, and associated documentation per company policies. Invoice & Payment Coordination: Oversee invoicing platforms (Textura, GC PAY, SAP), manage progress claims and related project documents. Builder & Credit Support: Resolve PO, ticket, and invoicing issues with residential builders; assist with payment tracking and account reconciliation via GET PAID system. Accounts Payable, support the business in account management and collections Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Education: Post-secondary degree or diploma Required Work Experience: 1-3 years related office experience, preferably in a sales environment. Required Technical Skills: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word, is required. Experience with SAP and Sales Force would be beneficial but not required. Additional Requirements: Excellent customer service skills - dedicated to meeting the expectations of internal and external customers with a positive and enthusiastic attitude Must be flexible and able to balance shifting priorities to meet deadlines Ability to negotiate skillfully in tough situations without damaging relationships Possess a general knowledge of construction and A&C products and a solid understanding of the market, competition and business opportunities Excellent written and verbal communications - ability to write and speak succinctly in a variety of settings and styles Must be timely with sharing information and provide the information people need to get things done and make decisions Must have strong people skills and relate well to all types of people inside and outside organization Possess a commitment to and willingness to devote great effort and time in order to reach goals Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators.
